The Tempracha is RISING

Needless to say this is a super duper dope collection i totally love the snake textile in the deep burgundy/purple colour, I'm gonna play matchy matchy to this with my black cherry Revlon lipstick that i wear overly these days.

Sindiso Khumalo SS13

This is the latest collection from Sindiso Khumalo, you will remember her work from last years Elle Rising Star finalists. Ive been drawn to her textile creations ever since and was refreshing to see more of it in this collections. South African fashion is hott and on the rise, exciting to be a small, small ass part of it( for now).
This week sees SA Fashion Week in joho and must say I'm zealous to see SA's finest such as ms khumalo showcase their ish.

Woven Threads

Lagos Fashion and Design Week showcased this exhibition called Woven Threads at an attempt to explore their indigenous textile and the future of Nigerian fashion. I absolutely see some "futuristic fly shit"  in this collection, if this is how the African man will be dressing in the future I'm down. Not so sure about the head accessories though, doesn't scream Indoda (man) to me. Job well done to Orange Culture and all those involved in this exhibition.
