Flatforms aka amaSPICE

Remember these?
I'm a product of the 90's so was fully and I'm absolutely not ashamed to say that at some point i was a eight year old Spice Girls GROUPIE!! Tshirt, launch box, posters, sweets, you name it i had it. It was serious to an extent that relationships were affected by fights about who is sporty spice or scary spice. I have Spice Girls story's for days. And of course nagged my parents for weeks to get me the Spice Girls flatform sport shoes, but they werent having it any longer, they had enough of my spice madness. The fashion runways have been inspired by this 90's trend and have come up with some nice modern replicas. I guess i can now make up for my childhood dissapointments and fill the void of the flatform. hehe

Sia

Sia is an Australian pop, down tempo jazz musician. I don't only like the calm in her voice but also dig the contrast between her soothing voice and funky style. Her album art/ covers are shweet! would buy the album just for the graphics/art. Ive posted one of her songs, have a listen. Dig it!

Advanced Style: guga othandayo

love love love this one

this is my granny. took a pic of her when she came back from church yesterday. loved her polka dot ensemble.
When I am 80 years old i want to be just like these gogoz! By saying just like them, i mean to not loose my style, grace and individuality. One has to feel natural and comfortable with themselves and this can only be accomplished true your own personal touch. It is What works for you not what works for the most that defines true style. These ladies show commitment to their lifestyle through their style despite age.

Natalie creed is a local talent that i have just fallen in love with her work over the pass week. She is a designer from the Eastern Cape. Her colour palet is amazing, her designs are meticulous, dig the cut out detail as well.
